Expiration guidelines:
Mascara = 3 months
Mascara = 3 months
Lipstick = 1-2 years
Oil-based foundation = 18 months
Water-based foundation = 1 year
Concealer = 1 year
Powder = 2 years
Eye shadows = 3 years
Sponges = wash weekly / discard monthly
Brushes = Wash weekly in warm soapy water
